Education Research Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Education Research Officer to lead and support research initiatives focused on international and global studies. This hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, allowing you to contribute to impactful projects while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze research studies related to education policy and global trends.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate research projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, policymakers, and community partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging research methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, International/Global Studies, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant research or project management experience.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment.
