Economics Professor – Remote Contract ($90/hr)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Economics Professor to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will create high‑quality, detailed responses to advanced economics prompts that will serve as benchmark data for AI model training.

Key responsibilities

• Produce precise, comprehensive, and well‑articulated answers to complex economics questions.
• Review and validate economics data, queries, and proposed solutions for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop robust explanations and justifications across a wide range of economics concepts.
• Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine project requirements.
• Create “golden responses” that act as reference standards for model training.
• Document the context and rationale behind each response to improve model interpretability.

Required profile

• PhD in Economics or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in economics with a track record of publishing scientific, technical, or educational materials.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex economics concepts with precision and clarity.
• Broad familiarity with multiple economics sub‑disciplines and adaptability in tailoring explanations.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to analytical rigor.
