e-Learning Design Lead – Bilingual

About the role

The e-Learning Design Lead will head the creation and development of online health and safety courses using Articulate 360 tools. You will guide a team of designers and developers, ensuring that all learning solutions meet rigorous educational and psychometric standards while serving both English‑ and French‑speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of e‑Learning courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Provide training, technical feedback, and problem‑solving support to team members.
• Coach staff on instructional design best practices and psychometric principles.
• Participate in service‑unit planning to align activities with organizational goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate production steps, quality assurance, and delivery of bilingual courses with the e‑Learning Production Coordinator.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on adult learning, instructional design, learning psychology, or psychometrics.
• Minimum eight (8) years of recent experience as an Instructional Designer, Developer, technical writer, or in a related production role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary e‑Learning team.

• Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCORM.
• Audio recording/editing tools (Adobe Audition, Audacity).
• Graphic and video design/editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Accessibility tools and standards.
• Blender, Adobe Animate.
• Project‑management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Microsoft Word and Excel.
