About the role
We are looking for a reliable Driver Helper to support our transportation team on a casual, part‑time basis in Kingston. The role involves assisting drivers with loading, unloading and preparing goods while ensuring safety standards are met.
Required profile
- Available for shift or on‑call work, including early‑morning and day shifts.
- Comfortable working in a noisy, outdoor, fast‑paced environment.
- Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling and performing repetitive tasks.
- Able to lift and move loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and handle weights of 9 kg, 13.5 kg and 23 kg.
- Must wear steel‑toed safety boots and adhere to safety protocols.
- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Ready to assist drivers with loading, unloading and securing cargo.
- Capable of performing basic vehicle inspections and reporting issues.
- Willing to follow company procedures and maintain a clean work area.
