District Manager – Retail Operations (London & Surrounding Areas)

About the role

The District Manager will lead a group of 10‑14 Circle K stores in London and surrounding areas, driving sales, profitability and operational excellence. Reporting to the corporate office, you will act as the key link between store teams and corporate support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize customer service, resolve escalated concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Conduct district meetings, deliver training and communicate corporate directives to store operators.
• Supervise store operations, housekeeping, stock levels and enforce corporate policies.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, promotions and competitive activity.
• Lead recruitment, selection and development of store operators and managers.
• Oversee security, mystery‑shop, health and safety programs and compliance with WSIB regulations.
• Audit banking and financial information, manage loss‑prevention and inventory control.
• Own P&L, top‑line sales targets and contract execution for each location.
• Implement merchandising programs, store renovations and ensure compliance with Subway and Tim Hortons licensed concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations with a focus on sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coach store teams.
• Ability to analyse financial data, control costs and drive profitability.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations and loss‑prevention best practices.
• Experience collaborating with brand partners and corporate support functions.
