About the role
Dish Washers are a vital part of the restaurant team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the scullery area. They ensure that every dish, utensil, and kitchen tool is spotless, supporting both the Heart of House and Front of House to deliver perfect food to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the cleanliness and sanitation of the scullery area.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and kitchen equipment promptly.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils as needed.
