About the role
The Dishwasher supports the Executive Chef by ensuring all dishware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned quickly and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service in a busy restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Wash dishes manually and operate an automatic commercial dishwasher.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and general kitchen upkeep.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
Required profile
- Ability to build positive working relationships with all restaurant staff.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong sense of urgency and willingness to take direction.
- Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
Required skills
