Director, Revenue Optimization – Network Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Revenue Optimization for its North America Network Services organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Optimization and Analytics, you will lead data‑driven initiatives that enhance utilization, throughput and profitability of the services network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance of the network portfolio to uncover optimization opportunities, usage trends and commercial improvement levers.
• Design and execute revenue management programs that track, protect and maximize revenue across all network initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Finance and Pricing teams to define KPIs, measure impact and improve channel‑level profitability.
• Oversee revenue assurance activities, monitor usage leakage and implement corrective actions to boost yield.
• Drive waiver management, conversion, win‑back and whitespace initiatives while enforcing commercial discipline.
• Coordinate syndication and approval processes to align optimization projects with market leadership.
• Plan, roll out and communicate network optimization programs, including bulletins and stakeholder updates.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to shape strategy and prioritization.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in product management, pricing, revenue operations or consulting, preferably within payments, SaaS or platform businesses.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and familiarity with business and product economic drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across finance, product, pricing and regional market teams.
