Director of Supply Chain & Distribution

About the role

Alvéole is looking for a hands‑on Director of Supply Chain & Distribution to streamline and scale the complex logistics that move real honey from rooftop beehives across North America and Europe to our processing facilities. You will own the end‑to‑end flow, from hive to bottle, ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery while supporting the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust, scalable supply‑chain strategy that aligns with seasonal harvest windows across multiple regions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for beehives, equipment, pallets, and finished honey jars, balancing speed and cost.
• Lead warehouse management, procurement, freight, and carrier selection to meet tight fall bottling deadlines.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and continuous‑improvement processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve visibility.
• Collaborate with field teams, central warehouses in Denver and Montreal, and European partners to synchronize operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑regional supply‑chain operations, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to untangle operational knots and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Comfort with high‑intensity seasonal peaks and the flexibility to adapt to nature‑driven schedules.
