Director of Product Management – Corporate Solutions (Toronto)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Corporate Solutions business in Canada. The role will shape the commercial product strategy for card‑based and emerging payment solutions, ensuring they meet Canadian market needs while driving growth and client adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Canada commercial product roadmap aligned with regional growth priorities and global Mastercard capabilities.
• Translate market requirements into clear product positioning, value propositions, and roadmap priorities.
• Monitor product performance using commercial metrics such as GDV, revenue contribution, adoption, and client penetration, and report insights to leadership.
• Act as product subject‑matter expert for Canadian financial institution partners, leading client engagements, RFPs, workshops, QBRs, and complex deal structures.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Account Management, Business Development, Technology, Legal, Pricing, and Interchange teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
• Ensure all products comply with Mastercard governance, Canadian regulatory requirements (e.g., RPAA, Bill 96), and operational readiness standards.
• Review and edit product collateral and case studies for compliance with language, regulation, and interchange logic.
• Deliver product enablement and drive adoption of new commercial products in the market.

Required profile

• Extensive commercial payments experience, including card and virtual platform knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that generate revenue and market share.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable in client‑facing settings.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of leading cross‑functional teams.
