About the role

Enriched Academy is seeking a Director of Curriculum & Learning to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of its financial education content ecosystem. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader will shape learning experiences for K‑12, post‑secondary, workplace, and adult learners across Canada and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable curriculum development and review process for all content streams.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of major learning initiatives across K‑12, post‑secondary, workplace wellness, and adult education programs.
• Oversee instructional design, project management, and content operations to ensure engaging, practical, and measurable learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams from concept through launch.
• Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
