Director, National Logistics

About the role

Dynacare is seeking a Director of National Logistics to lead and transform its logistics operations across Canada. Based in Brampton, Ontario, this senior leader will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the company’s growth as a national laboratory services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national logistics strategy aligned with Dynacare’s business objectives.
• Lead the end‑to‑end logistics function, overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution across all provinces.
• Implement scalable processes, standardized methodologies, and innovative technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships and drive service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, preferably within a national or multi‑site environment.
• Strong track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
