Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the marketing strategy for its Advisors & Transformation portfolio. This senior position will shape the market positioning of AI‑enabled consulting services and drive go‑to‑market plans that accelerate global adoption and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end portfolio marketing strategy across the product lifecycle, from launch to scale.
• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for consulting and AI‑enabled capabilities such as Agent Suite.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Product Portfolio Marketing and cross‑functional teams to align product, sales, and communication plans.
• Lead integrated go‑to‑market campaigns that support global adoption and client impact.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to refine strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B product or portfolio marketing.
• Deep understanding of AI‑driven consulting services and digital payments ecosystem.
• Track record of building and scaling new market categories.
