Director – Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation

About the role

The Director, Agentic Trust Growth & Innovation leads the definition and execution of Mastercard’s Agentic Trust strategy across the Security Solutions Organization. This senior role partners with product, technology and business teams to expand trust capabilities across identity, fraud, cybersecurity and dispute experience channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the Agentic Trust strategy, aligning it with business priorities and market opportunities.
• Own initiative prioritisation, making trade‑offs to maximise impact and value.
• Identify, incubate and champion new Agentic Trust capabilities and use cases.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap direction and solution design.
• Drive execution across product, engineering and risk teams, ensuring initiatives meet goals, timelines and success metrics.
• Establish and manage governance processes, providing visibility into progress, risks and decisions.
• Align and influence senior stakeholders across product, technology and business functions.
• Contribute to the Agentic Trust narrative, supporting external thought‑leadership and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading program strategy or portfolio management in complex, technology‑driven environments.
• Track record of shaping multi‑year roadmaps and making prioritisation trade‑offs across competing initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, product and engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
