Digital Press Operator – Evening Shift (Full Time)

About the role

ePac, LLC is seeking a dedicated Digital Press Operator to work the evening shift on its HP Indigo presses. You will be responsible for operating, calibrating, and maintaining the equipment to deliver high‑quality short‑run flexible packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the HP Indigo 200K & 25K presses, load material rolls and maximize machine uptime.
• Perform color calibrations and monitor print quality throughout production.
• Verify job specifications against tickets before printing.
• Execute daily and weekly maintenance; report equipment issues to the Lead Press Operator.
• Open service calls with HP Technical Team when needed.
• Enter production, consumption, and waste data into Microsoft NAV ERP.
• Supply printed rolls to the lamination department and keep the pressroom clean.
• Assist other areas such as pouch assembly, slitting, and lamination as required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience operating HP Indigo digital presses (HP 20000 & 25000 preferred).
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude, able to read rulers and measurements.
• Computer literate with ability to complete production documentation on both digital and paper forms.

Required skills

• HP Indigo press operation (HP 200K, HP 25K, HP 20000, HP 25000).
• Color calibration techniques.
• Microsoft NAV (ERP) data entry.
