Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is looking for a data‑driven, creative Coordinator to execute and optimise email, SMS and marketing automation programmes that deepen fan connections and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise personalised email and SMS journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign planning, execution, testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Director, Digital and cross‑functional teams to manage website content, digital project deliverables and league‑wide initiatives, maintaining the club’s CMS and promotional assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on email marketing and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms such as Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot.
• Proven ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and AMPScript is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project‑management capabilities.
