About the role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely within the PST timezone. The role involves building and maintaining cloud and bare‑metal infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure on AWS and bare‑metal servers using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub.
- Monitor systems using Grafana, Splunk, and PagerDuty, and respond to incidents.
- Perform performance analysis and tuning of Linux kernel in data‑center environments.
- Provide 24x7x365 on‑call support as part of a rotation.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals, performance analysis, and tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and OpenStack.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
- Ability to work remotely and align with PST working hours.
