DevOps Engineer

About the role

Aadhya Technologies Inc is looking for a full‑time remote DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain scalable, reliable and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to improve release processes and optimise cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, availability and incident response.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain Linux‑based servers.
• Implement security best practices, backups and disaster‑recovery strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation or similar.
• Scripting/Programming: Python, Go, Bash.
• CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• System administration on Linux servers.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
