DevOps Engineer

About the role

Glow is building an AI‑native embedded fintech platform and needs a DevOps Engineer to design, automate and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers its services. You will own the Kubernetes environment, CI/CD pipelines and secure networking on Azure, enabling data, applied‑science and ML workloads to run reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate Azure Kubernetes Service clusters, handling scheduling, scaling, upgrades and health monitoring for production workloads.
• Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy.
• Implement secure private networking on Azure, including private endpoints, VNets, network security groups and hub‑and‑spoke topologies.
• Set up application monitoring, logging and observability with Datadog and Azure Log Analytics.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across applications, pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform, ARM templates and/or Ansible.
• Identify manual processes and replace them with automated or AI‑augmented solutions.
• Collaborate with development, data, security and architecture teams to build the platform foundations for AI/ML capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production, preferably AKS.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure cloud services and networking concepts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for complex, multi‑layer incidents.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on automation and reliability.
