DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce to design, implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines across multiple environments. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, repeatable releases while supporting developers and administrators in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or GitLab for Salesforce metadata.
• Manage source control with Git, define branching strategies (feature, release, hotfix) and oversee merge processes.
• Configure and operate DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado or AutoRabit to automate deployments.
• Handle sandbox lifecycle – creation, refresh, data masking – and coordinate multi‑environment releases (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre‑Prod, Prod).
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, resolve dependency issues and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with developers to package and release Unlocked or Managed Packages, leveraging Salesforce DX where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce metadata deployments and a solid understanding of the platform’s security model.
• Proven ability to work with Git‑based source control and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
