DevOps Engineer – HostPilot / Control Panel

About the role

Join Intermedia’s Control Panel Development team as a DevOps Engineer focused on the HostPilot web portal. You will help design, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that powers customer and partner service management.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Octopus Deploy.
• Deploy and support applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration management with Ansible.
• Support both Windows (IIS/ARR) and Linux‑based environments.
• Operate Kubernetes‑hosted applications and other cloud‑native services.
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and enhance platform reliability.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable releases.
• Contribute to operational documentation and deployment runbooks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong expertise in Ansible.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting web applications in production.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
