Detail Associate – Service Department

About the role

Join OpenRoad Auto’s Service department at Lexus of London as a Detail Associate. You will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, and preparing new and used vehicles to meet dealership standards.

Key responsibilities

• Vacuum and steam‑clean vehicle interiors, wash and polish exteriors.
• Perform minor paint repairs and touch‑ups as needed.
• Inspect new‑car inventory to ensure appearance meets dealership standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety policies.
• Report any accidents or incidents to a manager or supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality control standards.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance with prior detailing experience.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a good driving record.
