Designated Sales Associate (DSA) – Skims Specialist

About the role

The Designated Sales Associate (DSA) for Skims will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty for the brand within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment. This commission‑based role focuses on achieving personal and brand sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every client.
• Consistently exceed individual and brand sales goals.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the entire store team.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Participate in all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and mail about events, new merchandise, and personal milestones.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based, luxury retail sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Highly collaborative, able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self‑motivated mindset.
• Fluent in both French and English.
