Demand & Supply Planner (Canada)

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to drive forecast accuracy and inventory optimization for the Canadian Nespresso portfolio. The role balances analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration to support high customer service levels while minimizing distribution costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) cycle, challenge assumptions and build consensus on the demand plan.
• Monitor forecast performance (M1/M3 accuracy, bias) and inventory metrics (stock cover, turns, fill rate).
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Act as Canada’s voice with global production and allocation teams, flagging supply gaps and advocating plan adjustments.
• Identify and mitigate risks of product expiry at least three months in advance, supporting sustainability goals.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and on‑shelf availability.
