About the role
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join Premium Meats in Fort McMurray. You will handle local pickups and deliveries of meat products, ensuring timely and safe transport.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver items.
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Record trip information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any issues.
- Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Plan efficient service routes.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
Required profile
- No formal education required.
- Valid Class 5/5F/G driver’s licence for cars and small trucks.
- Local driving experience preferred, but training provided.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and vehicle upkeep.
- Flexible, reliable, and organized personal attributes.
