About the role
We are seeking a meticulous Data Quality Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. You will review large volumes of structured and unstructured documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate structured and unstructured data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, flag, and document data quality issues, especially those involving Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information to meet privacy and compliance requirements.
- Follow detailed guidelines and taxonomy for data categorization and validation.
- Perform quality‑assurance checks to verify data integrity and validate outputs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of reviewed documents and actions for traceability.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the client’s team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings.
- Ability to follow complex guidelines and adhere to established taxonomies.
- Experience performing QA or validation work on large data sets.
