Data Management Lead – Palantir

About the role

Accenture AI & Data is seeking a senior Data Management Lead with deep expertise in Palantir to drive end‑to‑end data‑centric programs for global clients. You will combine strategic advisory, project leadership, and data‑governance expertise to help organisations transform their data culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of data‑management programmes, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Define and manage project governance, estimation, planning and risk mitigation in line with PMBOK standards.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, communicate progress, and align expectations across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide strategic advisory to embed data governance and analytics into client operating models.
• Facilitate cross‑disciplinary collaboration between business, technology and operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of project methodologies, tools and delivery practices.
• Champion innovation and value creation through optimized resource utilisation and streamlined processes.

Required profile

• Recognised thought leader in Data & Analytics with strong storytelling and client‑facing skills.
• Proven experience coaching senior leaders and developing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to influence C‑suite decision‑making at the intersection of business, technology and operations.
