Join Airswift to support a major player in the Oil & Gas industry through this high-impact 12-month contract in Calgary. As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational continuity and data integrity by managing essential transactional and master data within complex SCM systems.

Missions principales

• Execute precise data entry for contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, procurement artifacts, and receipts within IBM Maximo.
• Maintain and update contractual rate sheets within the Maximo environment.
• Manage and upload contractual data into the GEP platform to ensure seamless procurement workflows.
• Guarantee data synchronization and integrity across dual Maximo instances to prevent operational discrepancies.
• Provide direct support to procurement teams by creating and executing purchase orders in alignment with business needs.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in purchase order (PO) creation and management.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within a supply chain context.
• High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure audit-ready transaction logs.
• Ability to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding data entry and processing.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as GEP, Ivalua, or Coupa.
• Master data management skills (service/material).
• Data visualization skills using PowerBI (a significant asset).
