Data Entry Specialist – Loss Prevention

About the role

FlightHub Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join its Loss Prevention team. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data that supports the Chargeback, ADM, and Refund functions, helping to protect the company’s revenue and ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets following company procedures and quality standards.
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy, verify authorizations, and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Organise and preserve electronic and physical records to enable efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Chargebacks, ADM, Refunds, Customer Service) to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify recurring data inconsistencies or process gaps and escalate them for corrective action.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in line with data‑protection policies.
• Coordinate with external partners such as merchants, airlines, wholesalers, and customers for data‑related activities and collections support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of data‑entry experience.
• Experience in the travel agency or airline industry is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
