About the role
Join Jobright’s AI‑driven job search platform as an Entry‑Level Data Entry Specialist. You will ensure that job, company, and operational data are accurate, up‑to‑date, and well‑organized, supporting the platform’s reliability for thousands of users.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update job, company, and operational information in the system.
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data.
- Perform routine data validation and quality‑check procedures.
- Organize digital records according to established procedures.
- Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams.
- Handle user and company information with confidentiality.
- Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong typing speed with excellent spelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools.
- Ability to follow documented processes and work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely.
