Data Entry Clerk (Part‑Time)

About the role

UPS is seeking a reliable part‑time Data Entry Clerk to join its Guelph warehouse team. You will be responsible for accurately billing and entering information into UPS systems while providing administrative support to the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data into UPS systems within time‑specific guidelines.
• Check and forward legal/customs documentation.
• Provide administrative support to management teams.
• Assist with daily dispatch and handle customer and driver inquiries by phone.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Capacity to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, five days a week (3‑5 hours per day, 25 hours total).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
