About the role

Join LexisNexis, part of RELX, as a Data Discovery and Enrichment Expert II. In this full‑time position you will apply your legal expertise to support AI‑driven solutions, collaborating with data scientists, engineers and product managers. The role begins with close mentorship and progresses to independent ownership of increasingly complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform legal research and analysis to inform AI model development.
• Provide actionable feedback and insights on model outputs.
• Create and maintain high‑quality training data following best‑practice guidelines.
• Conduct relevance evaluations and support senior experts.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and advocate for responsible AI.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.
• Moderate professional legal experience with strong research and writing skills.
• Problem‑solver mindset and customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
