Data Architect – Transformational Data Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Data Architect to lead transformational data programs, helping companies elevate their AI and data capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design the business data model based on discovered processes and data analysis.
• Set standards for AI‑augmented development practices and coach the team to follow them.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
• Develop work estimates for data‑warehouse and data‑lake deliverables.
• Coach and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and ML engineers on architecture and modeling best practices.
• Define the data‑architecture framework, standards, and principles (modeling, metadata, security, reference and master data).
• Define reference architecture patterns for future data systems.
• Map data flows across the organization and manage data‑change processes.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and external subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics).
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics and data‑architecture roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and building LLM‑powered data products.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, learn new technologies quickly, and deploy solutions in large‑scale, high‑performance databases.
• Expertise in the technologies listed in the key focus areas.
