Data Analyst – Hybrid (4 days onsite) – 1-year contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, working hybrid with four days onsite at our Toronto office. The role supports additional workload in the banking division, providing insights and analytics to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to identify unusual numbers, trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
• Design, implement and optimise ETL processes, including data mining, profiling, cleansing and enrichment.
• Collaborate with technology partners and multiple business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and potential overtime requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or insights roles, preferably within Canadian banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, finance or a related field.
• Dynamic, organised self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and detail-orientation.

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks (nice-to-have)
