About the role

Join Walmart Canada as a Dairy/Frozen Associate in Bowmanville and help keep the department clean, organized, and stocked with fresh products. You will deliver excellent customer service while maintaining food‑safety standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the Dairy/Frozen area tidy, properly zoned, and ready for customers at all times.
• Rotate stock, check expiration dates, and remove expired items to ensure product freshness.
• Price, sign, and label merchandise accurately, following markdown and clearance procedures.
• Follow cold‑chain and food‑safety protocols, including temperature checks and sanitation.
• Support merchandising displays and promotional features.
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free work area and adhere to health‑and‑safety policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Age 16 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb).
• Willingness to work varied schedules and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to food‑safety standards and store cleanliness.
