Customer Service & Support Representative

About the role

Join Naturaw Canine Food as the face of the brand, providing friendly and reliable support to customers and their pets. This full‑time position combines phone, walk‑in, and curbside interactions while ensuring a clean and safe retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle curbside pickup orders and in‑store walk‑ins, processing payments and packaging items.
• Manage all inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing order inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and scheduling consultations.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to verify order quantities, items, and delivery details before loading.
• Maintain a tidy front‑end retail area, including workstations and common customer spaces.
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and uphold sanitary standards.
• Assist with occasional packing, weighing, and sorting tasks during production runs.

Required profile

• Passionate animal lover comfortable working around pets and raw meat aromas.
• Ability to work in cold walk‑in freezers and tolerate strong smells.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn about the pet‑food industry.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and customer‑service mindset.
