Customer Service & Shipping Associate

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate to join The UPS Store in Edmonton. In this retail and business‑services setting you will help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services and passport photos while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Process domestic and international shipments using UPS and other carriers.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate shipping, packaging, and delivery options.
• Pack items safely and operate POS, shipping, and printing equipment.
• Provide printing, photocopying, scanning, and document finishing services.
• Handle passport and ID photo services, mailbox pickups and package receiving.
• Accept payments, maintain accurate transaction records and ensure store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, punctual and fluent in English.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
