Customer Service Representative – Waste Hauling Services

About the role

We are Waste Connections of Canada, an integrated waste services company dedicated to safe, reliable service for our communities. As a Customer Service Representative for waste hauling, you will support drivers and customers, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and process orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes.
• Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
• Interact with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and find cost‑effective, safe solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume customer service experience in an office setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in the transportation industry is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
