Customer Service Representative – Scarborough

About the role

Join Kaycan, a subsidiary of Saint‑Gobain, as a Customer Service Representative in Scarborough. You will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls, in‑person orders and emails, ensuring a professional and timely experience for customers across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer and sales calls, in‑person orders and emails, following quoted delivery dates and pricing.
• Verify product pricing and availability, adjust pricing when needed, and process refunds or returns.
• Create new customer accounts, update existing accounts, and maintain records in the Oracle CRM system.
• Liaise with head office and other branches to secure inventory and fulfill inter‑branch shipments.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues, providing solutions that meet client goals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer‑service role, including in‑person interactions.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
