Customer Service Representative – Retail & Shipping

About the role

The UPS Store in Edmonton is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑paced retail and business‑services team. You will assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, passport photos and other everyday business needs while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Process domestic and international shipments using UPS and other carriers.
• Help customers select appropriate shipping, packaging, and delivery options.
• Pack items safely and professionally for shipment.
• Provide printing, photocopying, scanning, and document finishing services.
• Assist with passport and ID photo services.
• Handle mailbox services, package receiving, and customer pickups.
• Operate POS, shipping, printing, and office equipment and process payments accurately.
• Answer telephone and in‑store inquiries and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and professional, following privacy and security procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, punctual and able to communicate clearly in English.
• Previous retail, customer service, shipping, printing or office experience is an asset.
