Customer Service Representative – Part‑Time (Saskatoon Airport)

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CAR Sr) for its Saskatoon Airport branch. The role is permanent part‑time and involves face‑to‑face and phone assistance for rental customers, supporting the branch’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes and general inquiries, and manage outgoing callback calls.
• Greet customers in person, assess rental needs, provide directions and assistance, and process returns and kiosk transactions.
• Market the company by safely transporting customers, explaining rental terms, and offering optional products such as protection plans and fuel options.
• Perform basic administrative tasks including billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, report generation and vehicle cleaning.

Required profile

• High school diploma (college preferred) and at least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years).
• Authorization to work in Canada and minimum age of 18.
• Availability to work the scheduled evening shifts on Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday.
