Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) – St. Stephen

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Representative for its St. Stephen branch. The role involves providing high‑level assistance to internal and external customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, while supporting rental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries and provide resolutions for customers and partners.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable follow‑up and other assigned tasks.
• Greet customers in person, assess rental needs and guide them through the rental process.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins and kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and optional products such as protection plans and fuel options.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, report issues to management and perform basic cleaning when required.
• Perform administrative duties including billing support, accounts receivable, key logs and report generation.
• Provide directions, general assistance and safe transportation for customers as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma (some college preferred).
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services or administrative support.
• Valid Class 5 Canadian driver’s licence with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol‑related convictions in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Availability to work the scheduled hours: Mon 7:45‑17:00, Tue 7:45‑12:45, Thu 7:45‑12:45, Fri 7:45‑17:00.
