Customer Service Representative

About the role

Funzilla Niagara Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team at the Niagara Falls indoor playground. The position offers flexible part‑time or full‑time hours, ideal for candidates who are dependable, reliable and self‑motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the facility and ensure it remains clean and safe.
• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and respond to customer questions about pricing, hours, safety rules, parties and events.
• Perform cashier duties, process payments and handle birthday party bookings.
• Supervise children during activities, host birthday parties and support fundraising events.
• Maintain paperwork, complete incident reports and follow food‑safety and health‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoy working with children and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Dependable, accountable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends between 9 am and 8 pm.
