Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused individual to join our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre Drop‑Off location in Richmond Hill. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring a smooth, safe and efficient tool intake and release process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails, process orders and log tools into the system.
• Manage walk‑in customer traffic, perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Handle monetary transactions, prepare and ship totes, and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Conduct warranty assessments, arrange instant tool replacements and obtain repair cost approvals.
• Sort and organize returned shipments, and communicate status updates to customers.
