Customer Service Representative – Home Services

About the role

Hydra Pure Group, a leading provider of water treatment and air purification solutions in Canada, is expanding its Home Services team. As a Customer Service Representative you will work directly with homeowners at Home Depot locations, helping them understand and choose the right water and air quality solutions for their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers at participating Home Depot stores and educate them on water treatment and air quality options.
• Schedule complimentary in‑home consultations and guide families through the decision‑making process.
• Represent the Home Depot Home Services program professionally and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and reside full‑time in Canada.
• Reliable transportation and bondable status.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within an expanding organization.
