Customer Service Representative – Gas Station Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Part‑Time or Full‑Time Gas Station Attendant to join our team at a gas station in North York, Toronto. The role involves providing friendly service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate POS/cash register and process cash, debit and credit transactions.
• Handle lottery sales and age‑verification for restricted products.
• Maintain and restock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Receive and organize merchandise deliveries.
• Keep the store, washrooms, and forecourt clean and safe.
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
• Follow cash‑handling procedures, refunds, voids, and transaction policies.
• Check product expiry dates and rotate stock appropriately.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous gas‑station or convenience‑store experience preferred.
• Knowledge of North York area is an asset.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Available for part‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
