Customer Service Representative – Full Time

About the role

The YMCA Calgary is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join the Shane Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, with shifts between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, and offers an immediate start date.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and visitors at the front desk.
• Process membership registrations, program sign‑ups, and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of YMCA programs, services, and facilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and suggest enhancements.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person with clear communication.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service attitude and clear verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and adapt to change.
• Evidence of a clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector.
• Three professional references.
