Customer Service Representative – Full Time

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join its Moose Jaw branch. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing face‑to‑face assistance and supporting rental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Greet customers, assess rental needs, and provide directions or assistance.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins, and kiosk transactions.
• Market the company by safely transporting customers as needed.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
• Report vehicle problems and perform basic vehicle cleaning.
• Perform administrative duties such as billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, and report generation.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
