About the role

Join H2O4Life as a Customer Service Representative and help Canadian homeowners adopt eco‑friendly home improvement solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves meeting customers at their homes on pre‑booked appointments, with no cold calling or telemarketing.

Key responsibilities

• Attend company‑scheduled in‑home appointments with homeowners.
• Conduct basic quality checks of home improvement projects (training provided).
• Recommend sustainable, Canadian‑made solutions tailored to each customer.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, reliable work ethic and full‑time availability Monday‑Friday.
• Own reliable transportation to travel between appointments.
• Willingness to learn and grow; all training is provided.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
