Customer Service Representative – Early Morning Opener

About the role
This position is the first point of contact for members arriving at our fitness facility each weekday morning. You will set a welcoming tone from 4:00 AM, helping members start their day positively.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members as they enter the gym and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk and lobby area.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Evolve Strength’s values.
- Assist with basic inquiries and direct members to appropriate services.
Required profile
- Early‑morning availability, able to start work at 4:00 AM on weekdays.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
